Validating your Email
After you have successfully created an account, a validation email will be sent within 5 minutes. If not, refer to our Email Troubleshooting Tips below.
Our Support team can also be contacted at (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to verify your email. In your email, please provide us with your poker nickname and the email address you had inputted during the sign up process.
Email Troubleshooting
- Check your spam/junk mail folder. Aggressive mail filters may inadvertently identify our emails as spam.
- We encourage our players to establish a web based email account at www.yahoo.com or www.hotmail.com if they are consistently unable to receive our emails.
- Once your new email has been established, update your Bruce Poker account with this address; instructions below:
- Launch poker software and Login
- Click “My Account” then the “Edit” link next to your email
- Input your new email and “Submit”
- A verification email will be sent to your new address
