Cashout Methods

As a winner on Bruce Poker you have a number of different options of withdrawing your funds.

 

Prior to withdrawing funds via any of our methods Bruce Poker reserve the right to request Identification Documents. These documents should be scanned and emailed to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  
Acceptable proof of address: household insurance certificate, credit card statement, or utility bill.
Acceptable proof of identity: passport, drivers licence, or national identity card.
If you are requested to furnish any verification of identity as aforesaid, Bruce Poker will require that the documentation supplied by you is certified as a true copy of such document and that the photograph and any passport, national identity card or driving license is a true likeness of you.

 

Withdrawal via an e-wallet: Neteller/Monebookers/ECO

 

If you have deposited using one of our e-wallet payments solutions you will be required to use this as your withdrawal method also.  Withdrawals by this method takes 24-48 hours to be processed.  The minimum withdrawal that can be processed via e-wallet is $50.00.  To withdraw your funds via e-wallet you need to launch the poker client.  Go to the "Cashier" tab and then the "Cashout" tab.  Here you will find a list of the e-wallet solutions available for withdrawal.

 

 

Withdrawal via Cheque

 

Withdrawals via cheque can take 5-10 working days to be processed.   To withdraw your funds via Cheque all you need to do is contact us on freephone 1800 50 49 48 and request the cheque.

 

Withdrawal via Bruce Betting Store

 

Withdrawals can be processed through any of our 60 shops thoughout Ireland.   Withdrawals can only be processed via this method if you have made your initial deposit through one of our Bruce Betting Stores.  If you wish to make a withdrawal via this method please freephone 1800 50 49 48 or speak with the operator in your local Bruce Betting Store.   Please be aware that withdrawal via this method is only available Monday to Friday and is subject to a 24 hour notification period. The minimum cashout is €50 and the maximum is €500.
